For this Office Refurb in Livingston, we delivered a full commercial fit-out, transforming an empty shell into a modern, practical workplace built for a growing team. What Was Needed

The client needed a complete, ready-to-use workspace that would support both focused work and day-to-day teamwork. This included the construction of four private offices, a dedicated reception office, a coworking space for collaboration, and a separate meeting room for private discussions and team catch-ups.

To ensure the office worked comfortably for staff and visitors, the space also required a fully fitted break room with a tea preparation area, alongside male and female toilet facilities to complete the fit-out and improve everyday convenience.

They also wanted a strong first impression on arrival, so we incorporated a standout feature within the reception area—resulting in a bespoke reception desk designed and crafted by our team.
