Know what you want
Are you in need of a larger kitchen dining area? Looking to change your dumping ground of a garage into an extra bedroom for your growing family? Or you may be looking to revamp your salon or restaurant? We are here to take your ideas and help make them a reality.
Do you need drawings?
For most projects you will need to obtain drawings. If you haven’t been in touch with architects yet, not to worry we can point you in the right direction of some of the best in the area. They will help you get your ideas down on paper and gain a better understanding of what the outcome will be.
Permission
Though it is not the case for all renovation work, you may need to send these drawings away to your local council to gain planning permission and any warrants needed to allow the work to begin. At this stage it is also good to keep in mind that this process requires patience, nothing great happens quickly! We have worked with the council for a number of years now and it is never a straightforward process. There may be a lot of back and forth with them but we are here to help with it alongside your architect if needed.

Once you have all your drawings approved and finalised you then send them over to us and we will provide a free no obligations quote. We will carry out a site visit allowing you to get to know us better as a team and allow us to discuss the project in greater detail. We will discuss things like:
- Time frame for work
- Any adjustments we feel would be beneficial to the outcome
- Subcontractors we work with
- How we manage the project
This also provides you the opportunity to ask questions you may have.
Signing contracts
Once you are happy with the price of the job and how we will carry out the work, we will sign contracts and begin the process of getting you your dream home. Throughout the project we will be in contact with you to ensure you are happy with the progress. This will allow opportunity to discuss any changes that may need to be made.
